From 7 September, most of our stores are opening seven days a week – Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 6.30pm, Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm. The results represent the view of customers who took part in the survey.

*These results are from an independent survey carried out between July 2019 and June 2020. The personal current account survey was carried out by Ipsos MORI and the business current account survey was carried out by BVA BDRC.
