On 29th October, the UK’s community bank, Metro Bank, will join hundreds of businesses and individuals in Eastbourne to celebrate St Wilfrid’s Hospice 40th anniversary. Over the past four decades, St Wilfrid’s Hospice has touched the lives of thousands in the community providing end of life care and support.

Metro Bank colleagues from the Luton store have delivered Money Zone - a financial education workshop to year 7 students at Chiltern Academy – a local secondary school. The aim of the complimentary workshop is to help instill financial knowledge in students from a young age.

Always On My Mind

On Wednesday 13th October (12p.m – 2p.m), Epsom colleagues from the UK’s community bank, Metro Bank, will participate in ‘Epsom Mental Health and Well-Being Festival’ – an annual week-long event staging a series of empowering events aimed at celebrating, supporting and showing love to one another. This festival is organized by the Love Me, Love My Mind charity that promotes a deeper understanding of mental health and supports the wellbeing of people in the community.
