An accomplished leader with twenty years’ experience in the banking sector across the UK and international markets. I have held a number of senior banking roles, leading frontline and support teams, and have a proven track record of delivering against challenging financial and strategic objectives. My approach is underpinned by a strong focus on customer service and Relationship Banking.

I enjoy business development activities and am confident and articulate when engaging with clients and senior leaders. I am passionate about banking and believe it should be conducted ethically, with the customer at the heart of all decision‑making.

I am also a proud father of two teenage boys, and my family is my primary focus in life. Beyond that, I enjoy history, politics, and reading. I also love playing golf and tennis, although I can’t claim a high level of competence in either!
