I joined Metro Bank in 2017 as an Assistant Store Manager and later became Store Manager, supporting the launch of the Midland stores. This early experience gave me a strong grounding in Metro Bank’s customer‑centric culture and how teams across the business work together to establish the bank in new markets.

In 2023, I was appointed Local Director, covering Leicester, Nottingham and Derby, where I supported commercial‑sized businesses through relationship‑led banking and tailored lending solutions.

In January 2026, I joined the Trust & Corporate Deputyship Banking team. I now support clients across the UK, working closely with professional deputies, attorneys, trustees and legal firms to understand complex and sensitive needs. Drawing on my commercial banking background, I take a pragmatic, relationship‑led approach to ensure clients receive the right products, specialist expertise and consistent support, while contributing to the continued growth of the proposition.
