We are experiencing high levels of customer requests related to CBILS (Coronavirus Business Interruption Lending Scheme). The Telephone Business Managers are supporting our existing customers in a number of ways. If you are unable to speak with your Local Business Manager or Relationship Manager, please call our Telephone Business Managers on 0203 402 8054. Alternatively, you can raise a request using the online form.
In order to open a Business Account we need to gather some important information to make sure that your account is opened promptly and safely. The information we ask you to provide can help protect you against identity theft and fraud. You may be asked to provide different types of information depending on your personal circumstances and the type of Business.
Operators will need to be identified individually. Beneficial Owners and Company Officials who are not Account Operators, they will also need to be individually identified.
