Gareth has worked in financial services for over 15 years in variety of customer facing and management roles. He joined the Metro Bank revolution in April 2015 as a Mortgage Consultant, then moved into a team leader position where he was responsible for supporting his colleagues in providing mortgage advice, through all his roles he has gained a clear appreciation of the importance of excellent customer service coupled with getting it right first time. 

In his spare time he enjoys reading and is a lifelong supporter of Arsenal.
