Metro Bank’s Sheffield store is collecting Easter egg donations to help support Bluebell Wood Children’s Hospice as part of its Easter appeal.
Bluebell Wood supports hundreds of children from across South Yorkshire, North Derbyshire, North Nottinghamshire and parts of North Lincolnshire. The hospice helps tired mums and dads get some much needed me-time; looks after brothers and sisters who are feeling angry, lonely or confused; and is there for families during the last moments of their child’s life.
Sheffield residents and businesses can donate any size Easter Egg at its Fargate store until April 6th.
“As a community bank, we want to do everything we can to support this fantastic local hospice,” explains Sheffield Metro Bank Store Manager, Denis Charlette. “We have already received over 20 donations and are appealing for Easter Eggs large and small to support all the families at the hospice.”
Metro Bank’s Sheffield store is located at 58-64 Fargate, Sheffield, S1 2HE. The store is open Monday – Saturday: 8:30am - 6pm. Sunday: 11am - 5pm. Sheffield Metro Bank is also part of the Safe Space scheme – the store is available to anyone experiencing, or at risk of domestic abuse, providing the opportunity to safely call a helpline, support service or loved one.
