Highlights from our most recent Feature of the Week include:

  • Fee assist product delays – due to unprecedented volumes, any residential or buy to let cases that have a fee assist product selected are likely to incur significant delays. Read our Feature of the Week to find out more.

Our current processing timescales

We are currently experiencing high application volumes therefore processing times are taking longer than normal.

  • When an application is submitted, due diligence checks are conducted within 15 working days, once complete the application will be acknowledged and moved into the underwriting queue.
  • If your application was fully packaged at acknowledgment, these applications are being underwritten from Friday 29th July.
  • If your application was not fully packaged at acknowledgment, these applications are being underwritten from when the last document was uploaded from Tuesday 2nd August.
  • Further documentation uploaded after initial assessment will be reviewed within 4 working days.
