Tina is responsible for safeguarding and promoting the bank’s culture and reputation, and driving excellence in the bank’s communication.  As Director, Corporate Affairs, Tina leads an integrated communication function, comprising, internal communication, corporate communication, media relations, public affairs, social media and corporate social responsibility.

Prior to joining Metro Bank in 2016, Tina worked with some the UK’s leading financial services companies – in-house and agency side – including Nationwide, RSA, Bank of Scotland and NatWest Stockbrokers, to help them build their brands, grow their businesses and improve colleague engagement.

Tina is passionate about further and vocational education as a means to changing young people’s lives for the better.  As such, much of her spare time is spent fulfilling her role of Governor at a group of further education colleges in Berkshire.
