Birmingham Metro Bank will be hosting a complimentary masterclass about confidence with resilience specialist coach Dr Lizzy Bernthal to celebrate International’s Women Day on March 8th.
Guest speakers are confidence coach, Dr Lizzy Bernthal, CEO and founder of Release Your Potential UK and personal brand photographer John Cleary.
Dr Lizzy will guide women in business through how to be confident in how they look and feel at work - including John Cleary’s advice on how to be photographed to enable you to look like an “A lister” on the red carpet.. The masterclass will empower attendees to:
- Feel confident no matter what.
- Change their state of mind in seconds to move from powerful to empowered.
- Demonstrate how to use their body to exude positive energy in photographs.
