How do I get a mortgage settlement figure/redemption statement?

If you’re a customer and want to request a redemption statement, you can do so by emailing our Mortgage Admin Team.

If you’re an acting solicitor and want to request a redemption statement, you must provide your request on headed paper and send this by email to our  Mortgage Admin Team.
