Andy heads up our Operations team, leading the teams that support our customers with all their banking needs, from processing payments to complex corporate lending.

Andy joined Metro Bank in 2017 and brings more than 20 years’ experience in banking and finance. He has specialised in operations management and change delivery, with a particular focus on payments at both organisational and industry level, before joining the Executive Committee in 2026.

Outside of work, he enjoys playing racket sports and spending weekends supporting his children at their football matches.
