Bhav leads Metro Bank’s technology team, responsible for the systems, services and digital capabilities that help colleagues serve our customers every day.

With more than 20 years’ experience in Financial Services, before joining Metro Bank’s Executive Committee Bhav served as Director of Cloud & Service Delivery and, more recently, Director of Technology. He holds a Diploma from The Chartered Banker Institute and a Master of Science in Retail and Digital Banking.

Outside of work, Bhav enjoys watching cricket, investing time in his health and wellbeing, and spending quality time with his wife and three children.
