Director of Brand and Marketing (Subject to regulatory approval)Danielle leads the bank’s brand and marketing transformation, putting the customer voice at the heart of decision-making and strengthening the role of marketing in driving the bank’s growth strategy.
She is focused on using stronger insight and clearer propositions to help our customers better understand the value we bring, and on building a marketing strategy that brings innovation and brand to life in a simple, compelling way for customers and colleagues alike.
Danielle joined Metro Bank in 2020. Prior to this, she held senior marketing and digital leadership roles in banking, telecommunications and retail sectors in the UK and Australia.
Outside of work, she enjoys travelling, hiking and photography.
