Pedro leads Metro Bank’s transformation agenda, including enterprise-wide change and process improvement. He also oversees the bank’s Enterprise AI and Data and Analytics strategy, preparing Metro Bank for a data-driven future. He focuses on harnessing insight and technology to drive operational excellence, improve efficiency and embed a culture of continuous improvement and value creation. He partners with senior leaders to translate long-term strategy into disciplined execution and sustainable growth.

Pedro joined Metro Bank in 2024. Prior to joining, he advised financial institutions at McKinsey on strategy and performance transformation, and previously worked in investment banking at Credit Suisse and a boutique advisory firm across M&A and capital markets.

Outside work, Pedro enjoys running, trying to keep up with his twin boys, who are increasingly beating him at every sport - and following Fulham FC.
