Rachel is responsible for all aspects of Metro Bank's People function, with a focus on developing diverse talent and capability across every level to build on the bank's unique culture. She is passionate about building capability and inspiring colleagues to be their best so they can deliver a brilliant customer experience.

Rachel joined Metro Bank in October 2025, bringing a wealth of experience in organisational growth and culture change having joined us from Experian, where she worked in a variety of roles, including Chief People Officer for the UK and Ireland business and more recently Group Reward Director. Prior to Experian, Rachel held Global Business Partnering roles in Barclays and Linklaters, building highly effective leadership teams, who are equipped to cultivate high performing and inclusive environments.

In her downtime, Rachel enjoys coaching her local U15 girls’ football team and watching her two daughters play.
