Rodrigo Chaparro Gazzo

Rodrigo brings over 20 years’ global experience leading large-scale operations, technology, and digital transformation, with an emphasis on digital automation and AI-powered transformation in the financial services sector. He is widely recognised as a subject matter expert in end-to-end customer journey optimisation and the implementation of technology-enhanced solutions.

Prior to joining Metro Bank, Rodrigo was a partner at McKinsey working across the globe including Peru, Madrid and most recently Paris. He holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering.

Outside of work, Rodrigo enjoys spending time with his family and playing tennis, skiing, and collecting vintage guitars.
