Who’s running the prize draw?

Metro Bank plc of 1 Southampton Row, London, WC1B 5HA is the Promoter of the free prize draw.

Can I enter the free prize draw?

To enter you need to:

• be a UK resident 
• be age 18+ 

You can’t enter if: 

• you are an employee of Metro Bank or the England and Wales Cricket Board, or a member of the immediate families or households of such employees. 

Entries are limited to one per person. 

Your entry won’t count if you don’t meet the above criteria.

How do I enter?

This prize draw is free to enter. 

You can enter the prize draw from 10:00am on 1^st December 2025 until 11.59pm on 14^th December 2025. We won’t accept entries received after the closing date.

To enter you need to meet the eligibility criteria set out above and complete and submit the free prize draw form located on our website using your personal details.

You can only enter the prize draw once. In entering the prize draw, you confirm you are eligible to do so and are eligible to claim the prize.

What is the prize?

There are 6 items of merchandise available, one for each winner.

• 1 x shirt signed by Men’s ODI Team
• 1 x shirt signed by Women’s ODI Team
• 1 x bat signed by the Men’s ODI Team
• 1 x bat signed by the Women’s ODI Team
• 1 x bat signed by the England Men’s Team and Touring Side
• 1 x bat signed by the England Women’s Team and Touring Side

Merchandise Breakdown 

The prize is not negotiable or transferable. There is no cash alternative and Metro Bank reserves the right to replace or amend the prize due to any circumstances which are unforeseen and/or beyond our control.

How will the winners be chosen?

The winners will be drawn at random by 19^th December 2025, and a prize allocated to each winner.

How will the winners be notified?

The winners will be contacted by Metro Bank by email/phone before 31^st December 2025. Each winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within this time, another winner will be selected.

Your personal data

By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by Metro Bank or its agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

If you wish to withdraw from the competition at any point, please contact DataProtectionOfficer@metrobank.plc.uk.

General 

If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, Metro Bank may, at its sole discretion, exclude you from participating in the prize draw.

Metro Bank reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the prize draw and these terms and conditions where it becomes necessary to do so.

These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law, and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
