Further to the announcement on 8 July 2020, Metro Bank ("the Bank") today confirms the appointment of Robert Sharpe as Chairman with effect from 1 November 2020.
In line with this appointment, Sir Michael Snyder will return to his role as Senior Independent Director, effective today, subject to regulatory approval. Monique Melis continues in her role as Chair of the Nomination Committee.
