Metro Bank’s Bradford store will be celebrating International Women’s Day (IWD) on March 8th with a breakfast networking meeting from 8.30am-10am at its Market Street store with guest speaker Ros Jones – a Yorkshire based NLP business coach and personal development expert.
A qualified clinical hypnotherapist and founder of the Business Wellbeing Club, Ros has a passion for putting the balance back into business. Ros is also a published author, a public speaker and media commentator.
International Women's Day celebrates women's rights and inspires people to act in the ongoing fight for gender equality. Ros will be speaking about this year’s IWD theme – Embrace Equity. Ros will be explaining how businesses need to embrace equity by recognizing that we do not all start from the same place and must acknowledge and make adjustments to imbalances. Ros has organised an interactive activity around leadership, mindfulness and overcoming the day to day challenges of running a balanced business.
