All Metro Bank stores are open on Christmas Eve, Boxing Day and New Year’s Eve this festive season.
Metro Bank, the revolution in British banking, will continue to offer its award-winning service to both personal and business banking customers this holiday period, with all 65 stores open.
As you’d expect from a bank built around service and convenience, Metro Bank only takes a breather for only three days over the entire year: Christmas Day, New Year’s Day and Easter Sunday. What’s more, its 24-hour UK-based contact centres remains open 365-days-a-year.
Opening times for the 2018/2019 festive period will be:
- Christmas Eve 08.00 - 18.00
- Christmas Day Closed
- Boxing Day 11.00 - 17.00
- New Year’s Eve 08.00 - 18.00
- New Year’s Day Closed

During the rest of the year, Metro Bank stores are open seven-days-a-week, 8am to 8pm Monday to Fridays, 8am to 6pm on Saturdays and 11am to 5pm on Sundays and bank holidays.
