Kingston Metro Bank Hosts Event for Women Who Want to Work Flexibly

16th April 2023

Kingston Metro Bank will be hosting a complimentary event for 2to3days at 10.30am on Thursday 27th April with keynote speaker Juliet Turnbull, founder and CEO of 2to3days.

2to3days is the UK’s first and leading female-focused careers network providing flexible jobs for professional women. Through 2to3days, employers can find and hire the experienced female talent that they need, and women can get support and find inspiration to apply for those jobs. 2to3days covers all industry sectors and looks to find mid to senior level flexible jobs. They connect employed women and those returning from a career break to companies, large and small who want to hire them flexibly.

“Flexible working is the key to enabling women to reach their full potential and for companies to find and hire under-represented talent’,” explains Juliet Turnbull, CEO, 2to3days. “Employers are also looking for more cost effective solutions and having experienced managers working shorter weeks is a great way to achieve this.  Now women who need more flexibility in their work lives do not have to give up on their careers – there will be an employer urgently looking for you.”

‘’Metro Bank is a signatory of the Investing in Women Code.  We champion women in business and are actively engaged in trying to help them succeed,’’ says Sombol Tayer, Kingston Metro Bank’s Local Director. ‘Everyone is welcome to come along and hear from Juliet – she is a real inspiration to all women who are looking for a more practical approach to a successful work life balance’’.
