Metro Bank today announces that Monique Melis who joined the Board in June 2017, has been appointed as interim Senior Independent Director with effect from 1 December 2019, subject to regulatory approval. Monique has been appointed to the position following the appointment of Sir Michael Snyder as interim Chairman on 23 October 2019.
