Chit Ghee Yeoh has been appointed as Metro Bank’s Director of Colleague Experience and Inclusion. Chit Ghee joined Metro Bank in 2014 as Head of Internal Audit and will move over to her new role in the autumn.
With over 20 years’ experience in banking and accounting, Chit Ghee also held a number of senior roles in Deloitte and Arthur Andersen & Co. Her in-depth knowledge of banking and finance workplaces means she has an expert understanding of the potential barriers to inclusion that can appear and crucially how to combat them.
Chit Ghee Yeoh comments on her new role:
