Metro Bank, the revolution in British banking, has today announced the appointment of Gabrielle Berring as Director of Commercial Real Estate. Gabrielle will be joining the team on 2 January 2018.
Reporting directly to Mark Stokes, Managing Director of Commercial Banking, Gabrielle will be responsible for origination and business delivery, risk management and the strategic direction of the Commercial Real Estate Team.
With over 30 years’ experience across financial services, most recently as Head of Major Private Groups at Lloyds Banking Group, Gabrielle’s previous roles have included Head of Housing Finance at HBOS and Head of Social Housing at BNP Paribas.
Gabrielle joins a team at Metro Bank of true game-changers and experts in their field. With loan terms of up to 25 years and the capability to assist with both investment and development deals, the Commercial Real Estate Team can support transactions across both residential and commercial properties, transforming the traditional client-lender relationship.
