Metro Bank plc appoints new Non-Executive Director

Metro Bank plc today announces the appointment of Paul Thandi as an independent Non-Executive Director.

Paul is CEO of the NEC group in Birmingham where he has overseen the growth of one of the world’s top venue management companies. He is an experienced CEO, Chair and Non-Executive Director with a diverse international media and service-led experience with an emphasis on people, innovation, data, and culture.

Paul will join the Board on 1 January 2019. This appointment will bring the number of Directors on the Board to thirteen.
