Metro Bank is delighted to announce the appointment of Mark Stokes as its new Managing Director of Commercial Banking.
Mark is a banking heavyweight, with over 25 years of experience at Lloyds Banking Group where he held a number of senior positions, including Managing Director of its Commercial Banking division. Most recently, he led Williams & Glyn’s corporate business banking unit.
Mark will oversee the bank’s rapidly expanding commercial activity and champion small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which receive close to half of the bank’s total lending.
