Metro Bank Remains a Lead High Street Bank for Customer Service

Metro Bank remains in the top spot[1] in the Competition and Markets Authority’s (CMA) latest Service Quality Survey for overall service to its personal current account customers for the eleventh time running.

  • Metro Bank was named as the highest rated bank for service in stores and business centres for personal customers and business customers.
  • Metro Bank also improved its recommendation ratings becoming a top five recommended bank for its personal account and overdraft services (#4) and its SME overdraft and loan services (#3).

About the survey  

The CMA survey asked customers of the 16 largest personal current account providers and the 14 largest business current account providers whether they would recommend their provider to their friends and family, and for business banking, other SMEs.  The results represent the view of customers who took part in the survey.
