Metro Bank spices things up with cinnamon deal

Metro Bank, the award-winning business bank, has today announced that it has provided Cinnamon Care with £6.65million of funding to refinance its 50-bed Hartwood House Care Home in Lyndhurst, Hampshire.

The luxury care home provider operates eight purpose-built care homes across England, as well as boasting a significant number of development opportunities.

Declan Walsh, Managing Partner at Cinnamon Care said: “We are pleased to have refinanced Hartwood House with Metro Bank. This is the second transaction we have completed with the bank and we continue to be impressed with the service it provides. Cinnamon looks forward to developing the relationship further as we deliver our development pipeline.”
