These results are from an independent survey carried out between July 2018 and June 2019 as part of a regulatory requirement.  The personal current account survey was carried out by Ipsos MORI and 13,760 customers in GB were surveyed in total.  The business current account survey was carried out by BVA BDRC and 16,800 customers were surveyed in total.  Results are updated every six months, in August and February.
