Metro Bank triumphs at Moneywise Customer Service Awards 2016

Metro Bank, the revolutionary high street bank, last night scooped five wins at the Moneywise Customer Service Awards 2016, including ‘Most Trusted Financial Provider’, ‘Most Trusted Current Account Provider’ and ‘Most Trusted Savings and Cash ISA Provider’.

The leading challenger bank also won ‘Best Current Account Provider for Branch Service’ for the second year running and ‘Best Provider of Children’s Savings Accounts’, as well as being highly commended for ‘Best Current Account Provider for Call Centre Service’ and ‘Best Current Account Mobile App’.

The awards come on the back of Metro Bank CEO Craig Donaldson being ranked Glassdoor’s highest rating CEO for 2016, with a 99% colleague approval rating.
