Freddie Guilmard, Managing Director, The Red Thread Partnership will be the guest speaker at a complimentary networking event being hosted by Milton Keynes Oakgrove Metro Bank from 5.30 – 7pm on Thursday April 28th.
Freddie’s talk entitled Hybrid Working – Myth & Reality will explore the changing environment of work. Freddie has a wealth of experience in leadership and management development with a particular focus on behaviour change. He will be looking at the current and future work environment and the challenges and opportunities ahead.
“As a community bank, we regularly host events aimed at entrepreneurs and business owners,” said Mike Adamson, Milton Keynes’ Metro Bank’s Local Director. “Hybrid working is a hot topic as the data is building to show that many employees are finding this new style of working emotionally draining and managers are keen to embrace these new changes without negatively impacting their teams. The pandemic is responsible for rapid change in our home and working lives, this event provides a great opportunity to hear from Freddie talking about the early studies and views regarding the impact of the pandemic in the workplace.”
“Anyone is welcome to reserve a space at the event and there will be an opportunity to network over light refreshments,” adds Adamson.
To reserve a complimentary space attendees need to register via Eventbrite, on this link.
Throughout the year, Metro Bank hosts a range of seasonal events as well as charity fundraisers and networking sessions for local residents and businesses.
