Local businesses are welcome to attend an expert session with HR and Health & Safety experts at Oxford Metro Bank on Thursday February 1st from 6pm – 8pm.
Experts from Croner HR will be on hand to offer advice about:
- Protecting the mental health of your staff
- Managing staff absence, sickness and annual leave
- Implementing positive recruitment processes
- Meet new laws around issuing day one contracts
- Handle health & safety, risk assessments, fire safety policies and procedures
“Everyone is welcome to come along and benefit from this free advice and guidance,” explains Grant Shergold, Oxford Metro Bank’s Local Business Manager. “As a community bank, we will be holding a series of free workshops to help local businesses this year.”
