That depends what you’ve forgotten. To log into your account, you need:
- Your 12-digit customer number OR your username
- Your 8-digit security number and
- Your password
Forgotten your customer number or username?
If you’ve forgotten your customer number or your username, you can easily locate them in our app. Log in to the app and go to the More menu to access Settings, and select My Details. Your ID should be located under your name.
Receive it by SMS by providing a few details on the login page.

Forgotten your security number or password?
If you know your customer number or username but have forgotten either your security number or your password, you can retrieve it online.
If you’ve forgotten both your security number and your password, call us on 0345 08 08 500 or visit a Store.
