I began my career in the mortgage industry as a Mortgage Advisor, where I built a strong foundation and gained valuable experience with a well‑established firm in my local area. In 2024, I joined Metro Bank as a Helpdesk Representative before progressing into my current role as a Telephone Business Development Manager.
I work closely with the wider TBDM team, who are always on hand to provide support. Together, we bring a wealth of knowledge, experience and a collaborative approach to supporting brokers and helping them achieve the right outcomes for their customers.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our two children. I’m passionate about travelling to new destinations and love discovering and experiencing a wide range of cuisines.
