I have over 25 years of experience in Financial Services, starting my career in retail banking, working in roles from Branch management to a mortgage broker and now I lead a team of highly experienced Telephone Business Development Managers at Metro Bank – all of whom have an in-depth knowledge of the intermediary mortgage market and Metro Bank products, as well as possessing a passion for delivering excellent customer service. During this time, I have gained a wealth of experience and am excellently placed to support mortgage intermediaries in providing amazing service to your customers.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, watching my Son play football, Skiing and looking after my two beautiful cats Martha and Mog.
