Our current processing timescales

  • Calls to Broker Helpdesk answered in 60 seconds

  • We are underwriting & reviewing Agreements in Principle within 24 Hours

  • Mortgage Applications acknowledged and Fully Packaged from Wednesday 28 July

  • Documentation uploaded which includes messages and further items for previously unpackaged cases received from Wednesday 28 July
