Here’s what you need to do:
- Complete the form with all your details, including your customer number. This can be found at the top of the letter you received
- Select the ‘I want to stay on paper statements’ option
- Tell us if you need your statements in alternative formats – such as braille, large print, or audio CD
- Click the ‘submit’ button and you’ll continue to receive your statements through the post.
