We’d love to provide our customers with secure access to all their statements online and send them a reminder email when their statements are ready to view. They’d also be helping the environment by reducing the amount of paper we use.
If going paperless is not for them right now, just let us know on the form below.
Here’s what you need to do:
- Complete the form with all their details, including their customer number
- Select the ‘I want to stay on paper statements’ option
- Ask the customer if they need their statements in alternative formats – such as braille, large print, or audio CD. If so, select the right option for their needs
- Click the ‘submit’ button and they will continue to receive their statements through the post.
