We celebrated our 10th birthday on 29 July
For one night only, we hosted the amazing Heather Small, the voice of M People, performing her biggest hits at an exclusive concert – think Moving On Up, Search For The Hero and plenty more songs we all know and love. And that’s not all – we streamed the concert on the evening of our birthday for all of our customers and colleagues to get in on the action, too.

We’ve moved on up
We’ve come a long way in the last decade.
Starting as the first new UK high street bank in over 100 years, with just one store in Central London, we now have 77 stores across the country.
We’ve found some heroes
Since 2010, our colleagues have organised nearly 11,000 community events, helped out on more than 3,000 charity days and schooled 203,000 kids on being money savvy.

Thanks to our colleagues’ hard work, we’ve picked up plenty of awards along the way – and we scooped the #1 spot for our online and in-store service in the latest CMA survey results*.
